What happens to my files if I downgrade?
Your existing files are never deleted. You will not be able to upload new files until your usage is within the new plan's limits.
What counts as an "active" link?
An active link is one that is currently enabled and accepting uploads. You can have unlimited disabled links on any plan — only enabled links count toward your limit.
What is priority support?
Business plan users receive a guaranteed email response within 12 hours for any support requests.
